Members, Friends, and Guests,
Thank you to everyone who has donated the great, creative items that bidders want for this year’s FUN FILLED Service Auction. We need more of those creative, prized items to make this year’s auction a huge success.
The Service Auction is just over 2 weeks away. February 1, 2019!!! Now is the time to pony up those treasures, dinners, activities, and parties. In other years people have donated group trips, yard work, dog sitting, house cleaning, jellies and jams, breads, cookies, rides to DIA, sculptures, pottery, framed art, jewelry, baskets with any theme, etc. If you have any questions about what to offer just let me know. Thanks in advance for all the pride we all share in our great congregation.
Forms are available in the church lobby in the yellow box. Please fill some out and return them to the box. If you need a form or have any questions, please email me at joecorrigan@bresnan.net or call me at 307.630.6192. You can also email the administrator for a form, Tamra Mabe, at administrator@uucheyenne.org.
PLEASE INVITE YOU FRIENDS TO THE SERVICE AUCTION!
Yes, we will have enough room!
Thank you!

Important! Please Read!
We have been experiencing a growing issue with peanut residue in the building, especially in the library. Please, do not bring peanut products into the building, and if your little ones enjoy their peanut butter snacks before coming, please be sure their hands are clean before they touch surfaces used by everyone. We are seeing almost daily allergic reactions, so we ask you to please be diligent. It may be an inconvenience to you, but it can be life-threatening to those who are allergic.

Go to uua.org/ga to learn about scholarships to support participation – particularly of those from marginalized groups – and volunteer opportunities (work in exchange for registration). The UUA is committed to addressing the inclusion of all people, whatever their abilities might be, in all GA activities. Beyond the physical accessibility of the facilities we use – ramps, captioning, seating cut-outs, etc.- we endeavor to take the next step: to truly welcome people with disabilities into every facet of GA. |
