Unitarian Universalists are people of faith. The basic covenant of our faith encourages us to see all people as worthy of full human dignity and respect, calls us to pursue equality and justice, and invites us to understand the interdependent web of all existence, of which we are a part.

Additionally, we are inheritors of a faith tradition which has stood up to oppression and evil consistently across time, actively working for abolition, women’s suffrage, civil rights, resisting Nazi violence, and modern movements such as immigration reform, marriage equality, and the Black Lives Matter movement.

As UUs, we are called to live our faith, not merely proclaim it. If you are looking for ways to take action in the days ahead, we hope you will find this a good resource.
